Christina Elmore is a film, televison and theater performer living and working in Los Angeles. With an undergraduate degree from Harvard University and a MFA in acting from American Conservatory Theater, Christina has performed roles across all genres. After five seasons as a series regular on TNT's hit series, The Last Ship, she now stars as Marie in Lena Waithe's newest scripted series, Twenties, on BET. She has a recurring role as Condola on HBO's Insecure and can be seen in Ryan Coogler's Fruitvale Station, Lady Bouncer on HBO and the CBS pilot, Under the Bridge. Her favorite roles in the theater include Juliet at Los Angeles Shakespeare Company and Monique in the world premiere of Adam Rapp's "The Purple Lights of Joppa Illinois" at South Coast Rep. A Sound Vision, Inc. (ASV) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation located in Sacramento, CA, servicing the greater Sacramento area. Founded in 2008, its mission is to provide hope and motivation through inspirational based stage plays, in a family friendly environment. The organizational goals are to provide theatrical training, and exposure to under privileged children and at risk youth. Every year, ASV holds auditions for its upcoming plays. Those chosen are given an opportunity to participate in the art of theater in all its parts. For example, participants may act, direct, sing, dance, design, manage, build, and provide crew support on our productions as part of their training.

It is important for a participant to learn what is involved in creating a role, working in an ensemble, making the space of the theater come alive with a design, and learning how to communicate, and be clear about ideas and the basic needs for a production.

With a solid grounding in fundamental theater practices, participants begin their journey to find their unique voice while building their confidence, public speaking and reading skills.

The opportunity to perform and understudy in ASV’s professional productions is invaluable, although these opportunities will vary widely from season to season. Participants may also perform in staged readings or workshops of new scripts being developed by playwright Fernlea Murchison's unique perspective on theater.

The impact theater can have on the community is important; hence, ASV's unwavering dedication is to provide high quality - low cost entertainment for Sacramento working families

Paula Bryant-Ellis is a Los Angeles-based film director and producer. Prior to returning to the entertainment industry, where she started her career as an accountant in television, she held multiple leadership roles in banking and finance; including Chief Operating Officer.

She’s studied filmmaking and producing at the New York Film Academy in New York and Los Angeles. She’s a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management, she holds MBA from University of Phoenix and a BA in Accounting from Concordia University.

She’s a wife (married 37 years), mother and entrepreneur and she understands the challenges women face today with relationships, families and careers.

Through her blog “Mary Esther Ruth” she shares inspirational and motivational tools and resources, and life stories about her relationship with Christ.

Although the purpose walk she faces today may be different from what Mary, Esther and Ruth faced in their time, she understands that the responsibility to God’s calling and purpose for her life is still the same. Her vision is to empower Christian women as they make choices that will impact generations to come; just like Mary, Esther and Ruth.

I am a working actress, singer and motivational speaker whose blessed to be doing what I love and changing lives in the process. I was raised as an only child on the South Side of Chicago and learned at an early age that I had a knack for the performing arts and helping my community.

I have also been blessed to book roles that I am proud of and that hopefully incite change in our community. Several critically acclaimed films and television roles include "Courage", the "Whitney Houston miniseries" for the Reelz channel where I star as Whitney Houston, Netflix "Drug Lords", "Dear Vivian", and "Just a Phase".

Hi, my name is Samah Damanhoori. I came to the U.S in 2014 from Saudi Arabia on a Saudi scholarship to study at Notre Dame de Namur, Belmont, CA. I was doing great at school when, in 2016, without warning Mahram (male-guardian) decided to cancel my scholarship and ordered me under threats of violence, to return home.  My new friends, the Bay Area provided me with housing, food, a car, boxing classes, and paid off my university tuition. They also hired a lawyer, and I was granted asylum in 2018. With much gratitude, I was able to complete my Master's in creative writing in 2017.

Now, I am working on this beautiful animated short film, as well as a VR project "Souvenir," about my experience. These days I also work as a producer at Apple. I produced an HBO documentary highlighting two Saudi women escaping from Turkey in 2019. I was part of the Freedom Drive campaign that won the right to travel for Saudi women. I am actively speaking at public events, educating young students about women’s lives in the Middle East, where male guardians make life decisions over women.

Allyse is a singer and actor from South Florida. With many years of professional cheer and dance experience, Allyse is a high-energy performer and enjoys connecting with fans live on stage. She is known for her petite stature, animated performance and multi-talents. Her style ranges from flowy R&B, to up-tempo Pop and catchy Hip Hop. Allyse released two pop singles (on all major music apps) with accompanying music videos in 2019. Her first official EP is in post production and the first single from the project is set for release in early 2020.

After creating her own web series The Ally Show, Allyse fell in love with tv production and on camera process and began pursing acting seriously. She studied Meisner technique at Playhouse West, commercial acting at Carolyne Barry and scene study at Keep It Real acting studios. Allyse has co-stared in the web series The Office Bully (set to reboot in 2020), recently completed a supporting role in the short film The Move On and booked roles in two upcoming films. Allyse's type is college co-ed, cheerleader, vixen and best friend. She also aims to play characters that allow her to utilize her singing and dance talent. Allyse's multi-talents, professionalism and determination aid in her journey to become a successful recording artist and TV/Film actor.

Whereas many influencers and icons in Hollywood seek to gain a greater following nationwide, her purpose is so much bigger. For film producer, author and motivational speaker, Angela White, it’s not about the lights and cameras. It’s about the legacy she will leave to her heirs and those who will come behind her in the entertainment industry.
