This is my full interview with Hans Pfister who is the co-founder, CEO, and Marketing Director of the Cayuga Collection of Sustainable Luxury Hotels and Lodges. 

Cayuga manages some of the most spectacular properties in Costa Rica and also has hotels in Nicaragua and Panama. The hotels are leaders in sustainability and are hyper-focused on customer service and hospitality. As you will hear in the show, I have never experienced better service at any hotel. They truly are remarkable.

As you will hear, this interview was done before the COVID-19 impact was felt in Costa Rica. But the lessons that Hans gives are timeless, so I think you will get a lot of value from the talk.

For sure, I will need to get Hans back on the podcast to share his COVID-19 stories. If my gut is correct, I feel like he will help to lead Costa Rica tourism back from the COVID-19 disaster..
