Ngayun kung nagtataka kayo kung permanente na ba na tagalog ang gagamitin sa podcast namin, hindi naman po dahil baka maging tunog panalasang pinoy kung patuloy na tagalog ang gagamitin. Depression has always been a dreadful topic to talk about. The stigma attached to it tortures the people who associate themselves with this condition. 2020 and the pandemic have catalyzed a huge number of cases of depression-related suicides. In this episode, Marco and Steffie welcome Karina and Alex, both of which had bouts with depression and anxiety. Listen to these speakers and learn the true picture of depression. 

It's a night full of music here in the Adobo collection podcast. This podcast has been an idea in the shelves for a very long time. A sudden gathering of music enthusiast suddenly changed everything. Joining is in this episode are Raphael Pong De Guzman from his seminal bands, hairy god mother, swine,  and stab. We also have Allan Dayle Basa whose recording was unfortunately not saved due to technical issue. I want to take this chance to apologize to everyone for not having the opportunity to hear his exceptional wisdom. I promise to work with him on future episodes and you'll understand the regret that I have right now. Also we have Bien Bulatao, a bandmate of Pong in HGM. Some parts of Bien's recording was also not saved by the recording site that we were using. Together with Allan, I'll make sure to have them more on this podcast in the future.
