Geraint and Harry talk about the week's activity in tiers 1 and 2, the Welsh Cup, upcoming Adran Trophy and a few of the tier 3 results. Plus, an overview of the U19 competition!

The first show of the New Year and Geraint and Harry welcome ex Aberystwyth and Wales U19 goalkeeper, Elen Valentine. Now at English tier 3 side, Norton & Stockton Ancients, Elen talks about her Adran Premier experience, the move to Newcastle United, playing international football and the differences between the English and Welsh pyramid system.

This week, Geraint and Harry talk to special guest, Beth Jones of Llangefni Town, about Llangefni's progress towards tier 2 membership, playing in the Island Games in Orkney and Gotland and North Wales women's football.
