The power in the Christian life lies in the filling of the Holy Spirit, the Word of God in your soul, and an attitude of grace orientation. You need to understand grace to effectively re-present Christ to others. “Unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ” (Eph 4:7). Jesus Christ gives us the ultimate grace gift - eternal security. The Holy Spirit in common grace will make the gospel understandable to an unbeliever. God’s given us the mandate to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ (2 Pet 3:18). God graces you out. You are to grace out others. Focus on the freeness of grace. The universality of the kindness, graciousness and goodwill of the person that bestows grace on you and responds with gratitude.
