In New Action City banks are robbed, monsters are defeated, and super-scientific machines threaten mass destruction on a daily basis. In this tale from New Action City, Colin and River North, two super-powered brothers - one a hard working hero who just wants to do right for his neighborhood, one a sinister villain masquerading as a wealthy philanthropist - have to put aside a lifetime of conflict to save New Action City from biggest threat it’s ever faced: them.
