Signature Cocktail: The Steel Trap Any problem that can't be solved by money or explosives isn't worth solving. 1.5oz bourbon 1.5oz limoncello 1/2oz Extra Dry Vermouth 1 dash spiced orange bitters 1 dash Angostura bitters 1 splash ginger beer A pinch of cayenne pepper A smouldering rosemary sprig*, for garnish Combine ingredients except rosemary and cayenne in a rocks glass with ice, and stir to combine. Top with cayenne pepper and garnish with rosemary sprig. *You make a smouldering rosemary sprig by holding fresh rosemary over a flame, letting it catch alight, then blowing it out, so it smoulders like incense.
