Teaching in a foreign country is a challenge. There will be hurdles along your way. Sometimes it’s missteps, mishaps, or little annoyances, like dealing with a rowdy student. Sometimes you’ll encounter a challenge that won’t be fun, no matter how you spin it...but you’ll be tougher for it. Other times you’ll find yourself in a situation you could never have imagined--so unexpected, so strange, that all you can do, really, is laugh it off.
