Coulter Mackesy is entering his 2nd season in the PLL with the Boston Cannons. An All-American attack at Princeton, Mackesy set the Tigers' career record for most goals. On this episode, Mackesy sits down with Will Casertano, ADVNC's Director of College Recruiting. They discuss Mackesy's multi-sports journey and his advice to players and parents who want to be great in both sports and life.

He was an All-American at Syracuse and currently serves as the ADVNC Goalie Academy Director, ADVNC East Bay Asst Director and is a Head Coach in the East Bay and NDP. Ryan Conrad: ADVNC Founder & CEO Chris Rotelli welcomes midfielder Ryan Conrad to the show. In the past 2 weeks, Ryan won a National Championship with the University of Virginia and played for the Atlas in the opening weekend of the Premier Lacrosse League. Ryan was a captain and All-American at UVa. Along the way, he became one of the nation's most prolific & versatile middies for the Cavaliers. He now plays alongside PLL founder, Paul Rabil for the Atlas in the first season of the PLL.

Quint Kessenich: ADVNC Founder & CEO Chris Rotelli welcomes ESPN's lead men's DI college lacrosse analyst, Quint Kessenich to the show.

Kessenich has been the lead voice of college lacrosse on ESPN since 1995.  An All-American goalie at John's Hopkins, Kessenich won the national title as a freshman in 1987.  He has covered every men's D1 lacrosse Final Four since 1995.  He has also covered pro lacrosse on TV since 2001.
