I recently returned from an awesome trip to the roller coaster capital of the world, Cedar Point. Over the past few years, it has become one of my favorite places on earth. But it wasn't always that way. I was once TERRIFIED of the place. Today, I share some life (and affiliate marketing lessons) I learned from my first trip there years ago.

If you are promoting something repeatedly, how do you keep it fresh? And who do you promote it to? That's what I'll share about in this episode.
Arye Barsky asked:
I wanted to ask for your opinion about promoting a launch (this launch) twice a year to the same list. I promoted Chandler's last launch about six months ago. Should I promote only to the new subscribers or everyone? And if for all, how do I make it not look repetitive and nagging as this is not a fresh offer.LINKS MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE

Referring 2nd tier affiliates is a great way to make some extra commissions by utilizing your network. But...does it make financial sense if you are referring competition? Today, I share exactly why it does make sense.
In response to Episode 27, Chris Cooper wrote:
Hey Matt, great energy - first time listening. I am curious why would affiliates refer direct competition to compete for your business? A second tier commission is OK as an option, but that's a one time payment vs everyday competition for that customer.

One of the biggest challenges for new online marketers is knowing how many emails they can send to their list. This is especially true when it involves asking them to buy something. I got a question about this recently and today I share why you can and should email more than you think.
James Prescott wrote me about his struggle with email frequency:
I am struggling sending out too many e-mails to my list. I can do one per week, but doing three or four, I can feel uncomfortable with. It may just be me, maybe it's something I need to work on - because I LOVE sharing great resources with my people.
