Guess who's back? Crowie's back. 2-time Ironman World Champion Craig Alexander is back for his annual visit with The Age Grouper. Eric and I host a talk with Crowie in front of a live audience at Runner's High. We talk all about his past, present and why he thinks his best Kona performance is still in him.

We're back at our home race, the Twin Lakes Triathlon in Palatine, IL. It's not long before the trash talk starts to fly, but does Eric have what it takes to pull out a victory?

What better way to kick off the summer with some wacky biking stories and some performance predictions and trash talk? Eric tells us all about how he single-handedly apprehended vandalism perpetrators while riding his bike then we review a new documentary about the fabled New Zealand Epic Camp called “Going Long Going Hard.” We wrap it up by trash talking about out upcoming home-race the Twin Lakes Triathlon in Palatine, IL.
