A reading of The Agile Manifesto. Created in 2001 by seventeen software developers, the Manifesto is the foundation for Agile. It contains 4 values and 12 principles. It is the guiding light in helping us understand how to BE Agile. If we are not following this Manifesto, and only DOING  the Agile processes (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.) we are not truly following Agile.
