To most people, Robert Hansen was a model father and successful entrepreneur who ran a bakery in Anchorage, Alaska. He had a good rapport with his neighbours and other members of his community, and was even an expert pilot and hunter who loved the great outdoors. However, this image would come into question in 1983 when a young woman named Cindy Paulson accused Hansen of kidnapping and sexual assault; leading to investigations that would uncover a much darker side that what everyone else had known.
