Episode 28 – "Sunrises and Sunsets" – Being that the earth is round, and it rotates like a spinning ball, and we are riding on that big spinning ball, we know that our perception of the so-called setting and rising of the sun is actually a big lie. The sun never moves. It is standing still! We only PERCEIVE the sun rising and setting. Be that as it may, we still attribute something romantic to the phenomenon of the big bright orange sun rising or setting on the horizon. Lloyd and Phillip approach this subject for another 30 minutes of boring conversation. Join them and listen for yourself.

Episode 27 – "Skin Cuts" – "OUCH! YOU CUT ME!" Have you ever said that to anyone? Have you ever cut yourself, either accidentally or intentionally? Skin cuts hurt, whether they are inflicted by a knife, broken glass, paper edges, or any other sharp object. The Albritton brothers waste a perfectly good half hour talking about this subject, and never solve a thing or answer any questions!

Episode 26 – "Trees" – Trees are very important to our health and well being. Not to mention the trees' contribution to the economy. Lloyd and Phillip talk a bit about the dignified tree and what trees mean for us, and how trees played a big part in our "growing up" in the backwoods of Nokomis. They don't answer any big "tree" issues. They just talk about them. Listen and enjoy!

Episode 25 – "Electricity" – Electricity powers just about everything in our world yet it totally mystifies many people. Where did it come from? How is it made? It can keep us alive or it can kill us, instantly. It all depends on how we use it or abuse it. Another Albritton brother joins the guys in this episode; brother number 4. Greg Albritton. Listen as the three of them try to reason out this electricity conundrum. As always, no problems are solved and no big issues are resolved. They just talk about it.

Episode 24 – "Singing and Whistling" – I think most people would agree that singing...and whistling is therapeutic; while working, in the shower, driving along. And I suppose we ask ourselves sometimes, "Should only professionals sing?" What is the purpose of singing in church? All this and more is covered in this episode of The Albritton Letters. Episode 23 – "Handshaking" – Is the practice of handshaking only a western practice, or is it worldwide? What can we tell about a person by his/her handshake? Are they decisive? Are they courageous or wimps? Is it just a courteous gesture? The Albritton brothers discuss this custom in this episode and as usual they do not answer any real questions. They just talk about it.

Episode 22 – "Astrology" – In the pop song by the 5th Dimesion they sing, "When the moon is in the Seventh House, And Jupiter aligns with Mars, Then peace will guide the planets, And love will steer the stars" they sing about astrology. The Albritton brothers discuss briefly this obsession folks have with studying their 'star sign' or zodiac sign, to learn of their future, or to figure out their personality traits and who they may be a match for in love. Is it a con? Is it pseudo science? They don't really answer those questions but they DO talk about them. Listen!

Episode 21 – "Marriage/Relationships" – Between the two of them, Lloyd and Phillip, they have had a combined 9 marriages/relationships. Therefore they are in no position to be giving advice on the subject. Therefore, they will just be discussing it in this podcast. No advice. No counseling. Just discussion on the subject, ie What makes a good marriage? Is the marriage institution good? Can a "relationship" be solid without an official marriage? Thirty minutes wasn't nearly enough time to give to this topic, but they tried. Give it a listen.

Episode 20 – "Horses" – The horse was a family pet when we were young. My father used the same horse to sometimes pull a plow for the garden, but mostly our horses, as kids, were our main transportation to the creek to swim or to a buddy's place to just ride around for pleasure. Lloyd and Phillip talk about horses here; our horses as kids. Horses on TV. Movie star's horses in western serials. Friends' horses. At one time the horse was probably "man's best friend", being replaced in modern society by the dog. They don't try to answer any big questions. They just talk about horses. Enjoy.

Episode 19 – "Technology" – Technology is the creation and implementation of something useful and real based on an abstract idea. An invention, if you will. Technology, has also taken on a new meaning, denoting all the elctronic devices that we use in our modern lives; computers, cell phones, smart TVs, tablets, etc. This podcast discussion approaches the subject from both standpoints. Of course, The Albritton Brothers know very little about technology, so they just end up "talking about it", as always. Enjoy!
