In part 2 of this interview, Githa Ben-David talks about structured water and how sound and light can be used to purify water. Alexandra and Githa also discuss the importance of sound and water as a bridge between science and spirituality.

Having become interested in the science of healing, Githa is now working on a book about the importance of the pineal gland or pineal cone and the importance of clearing toxins from this gland. Working with doctor Stephanie Seneff, she has been exploring how sound can be used to clear and awaken this powerful gland at the centre of our brain.

In this episode Alexandra interviews Githa Ben-David and student of The Note from Heaven Virgine Guillot. Having studied music and especially classical saxophone for many years, when she was 25, Githa travelled to India to study music. There she studied with a singing teacher called Mangala Tiwari and discovered something she calls The Note From Heaven. There she learnt about the The Raga. ‘A raga means what colours the mind, and what colours the mind are the notes – a combination of notes will create a feeling.’ Githa says she started to find her power from singing this one note and ‘surrendering into a state of being’.

Camilla says: ‘It was quite a journey actually getting to this point of deciding to write books. I always had a dream from when I was a teenager.
