In this first episode, I lay the foundation by sharing four truths that I believe will speak to your heart: you’re never too far gone to be forgiven by God, you always have the opportunity to forgive yourself, you never have to withhold forgiveness from others, and you always have the choice to live in freedom through forgiveness.

Together, we unpack what forgiveness is—and just as importantly—what it isn’t.

Forgiveness isn’t excusing the hurt or pretending it didn’t happen. It’s not forgetting, stuffing your anger, or reconciling with someone who continues to harm you. Forgiveness is a choice—an act of will that reflects the heart of Christ.

I also walk you through Scripture that proves God fully forgives and remembers our sins no more. We talk about how forgiveness isn't just about others—sometimes we need to forgive ourselves or even acknowledge places in our hearts where we’ve held something against God.

This series is rooted in truth and designed to help you live a life of peace, joy, and freedom. I share some of my personal experiences with forgiveness (with more to come in future episodes), and offer heartfelt questions to help guide your journey.

Are you a wise bridesmaid?
We open up Matthew 25 and talk about what it means to be ready, to keep our lamps full of oil—because we can’t borrow someone else’s faith or intimacy with Jesus. I’m sharing what the Lord has shown me about being prepared, staying spiritually filled, and surrounding yourself with people who help you walk closer to Him.

Are you overflowing in the Spirit?
We’re not meant to pour out until we’re empty. We’re meant to be vessels—overflowing with living water—so the Spirit of God can pour through us to bless others. We talk about being fruitful, not just looking like fruit. 

Do you know how to show up?
There’s power in discerning your inner circle. Who’s spurring you on toward Christ? Who are you ministering to without expecting anything in return? I’ll walk you through the beauty and balance of friendship, ministry, and God’s promise that those who pour out will be saturated with favor (Proverbs 11:25, TPT).

I share from my heart about the importance of going first in building thriving, Christ-centered relationships—just like Jesus did. We chat about embracing a God-honoring love for ourselves (not a worldly self-love!) so we can better love others, the beauty of surrounding ourselves with givers (and being one, too!), and why being prayed up before meeting with friends can truly transform our conversations and community.

I also get real about the struggles—like when the love and effort you pour out aren’t reciprocated—and how we can keep trusting God to bring the right people into our lives. This series is close to my heart, and I’m growing alongside you. Let’s continue to reflect Jesus more and more every day!

Welcome to the kickoff of our brand-new series, “What’s It Like to Be in a Real Relationship with Me?” In this first episode, we dive deep into the heart of thriving, God-centered relationships—and spoiler alert—it all starts with us.

We’re exploring what it means to “Go First” in love, just like Jesus did. Whether it’s forgiving first, serving first, or simply choosing kindness first, we’re called to reflect the love of Christ in every relationship we have—friends, family, coworkers, or strangers.

We’re asking real, reflective questions like:

- Am I the kind of friend I’m praying to have?

- What am I sowing in my relationships—and what do I hope to reap?

- Where am I waiting for others to go first, when I’m actually called to lead with love?

With scripture truths from 1 Corinthians 13, Galatians 6, and Jesus’ teachings, plus personal stories and real-life examples, this episode challenges us to do the heart work—transforming from the inside out so we can love like Jesus on the outside.

This is more than a relationship talk—it’s a call to action.

Alita Reynolds shares an incredible story of healing and faith in this episode. She starts by asking, "What are you believing for?" and opens up about her own struggle—17 years of constant foot pain that just wouldn’t go away, no matter what she tried. It affected her daily life in so many ways, and she was desperate for relief. 

Then, something amazing happened. During her morning prayer time, Alita felt God telling her to trust Him completely—to step out in faith, take off her supportive shoes, and just walk. It wasn’t easy, but she committed to a 21-day journey of renewing her mind, speaking healing over herself, and fully believing in God’s power. And guess what? She was completely healed! 

Alita’s message goes beyond just physical healing. She wants everyone to know that faith isn’t just about waiting for a miracle—it’s about walking in trust and obedience every single day. Friends, our God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. If He healed her, He can do the same for you. Your miracle may look different—it might be healing, restoration, provision, or breakthrough in another area of your life. Whatever it is, trust Him!

In this final episode of the Truth Train series, we want to encourage one another to take a deep look at our beliefs and align them with God’s truth. When our beliefs are rooted in truth, making decisions becomes so much easier.

The Truth Train has three parts: truth as the engine, beliefs as the fuel, and feelings as the caboose. If our beliefs are built on lies or misalignment, they can steer us in the wrong direction. We explored a powerful story today about how false beliefs can shape our reality—and even hold us back from the life God has planned for us.

Let’s take time with the Beliefs Worksheet, challenge any beliefs that don’t align with God’s word, and allow Him to renew our minds.
