When you do some podcasts, some people like to keep anonymity, which I'm all for. My guest has FND and hosts her own podcast which is predominantly about Functional Neurological Disorder. Justin - a full of life character proves than conditions like FND do not discriminate. Unfortunately conditions like Functional Neurological Disorder can happen to anyone at anytime.

People often don't think it can happen to them, but it can. Justin tells me how the first symptoms came on and how he dismissed them. Would you have done the same?

The more we talk about conditions like FND, the more people will see some of the early signs.

Justin talks about his love of sport, his occupation and very importantly his family and how they've adapted to this condition.

It was an absolute pleasure to speak with Rebecca and her daughter Rosie about FND. Rosie was able to articulate what it is like to be a child when her Mum's life is changing due to Functional Neurological Disorder.

In this episode, Rebecca and Rosie talk about their support group, how FND impacts both older and younger children and some sacrifices she has had to make.

Finally, have a look for support groups on Facebook. Be mindful though that the person providing advice is unlikely to be a professional and talking through their own lived experience.

Sally Potter joins All4Inclusions Scott Whitney to discuss the word inclusion.

Prior to the speaking, Scott asked a number of people for their definition of inclusion or what the word inclusion means to them. Scott and Sally choose their three favourites and discuss why they've chosen these examples before explaining what inclusion means to them.

Some of the definitions provided have been through lived experience, whilst others come from business owners. They cover both inclusion from a physical and hidden disability perspective.
