This morning on my walk, I thought about the internal battle between our good angel and bad angel. The thought of a war inside our heads to be the best version of ourselves. How do we beat the demon? The answer is we don't. We have traits, personalities, etc. that make us who we are. We have to embrace them.

I met Katie Herrel through the Unconventional Leaders Facebook Group and we decided to get on a phone call to get to know each other a little better and to talk in a bit more depth about real estate investing. We started off talking about podcasts but then talk more about practical advice when getting started in real estate investing.

Michelle was addicted to meth at 14 years old, dropped out of High School, had her first son at 16 and was emancipated at 17. Fresh out of rehab, she started in the Building Industry as a receptionist at 18.
