That was my opening line on this great show of two women doing amazing work in the Twin Cities area. Adrienne Deircks founded and has led Project Success since 19994 serving 200 students at North High School in Minneapolis, Project Success has grown to serve more than 15,000 Minneapolis students annually in 22 Minneapolis public schools. Her story began with a teacher who impacted her and told her how to build relationships.
She's joined on The AllStar Networking Show hosted by the Friends of The Midtown Global Market with Jen Alstad, founder of BSWING, and active community player having served on the board of the Bush Foundation and is currently on the board of Allina Hospital. Jen shares her thoughts on building relationships and spontaneity.

Bruce Bildsten and I met many years ago when I was an Assistant Account Executive at Fallon in Minneapolis Minnesota and he was already a successful creative director. He worked on the Porsche Cars account and I barely knew anything about cars.
Listen in as we catch up on his career and his instinctual way of building deep connections with people at all stages of life.
And hopefully we'll have him back as a future guest at Midtown Global Market to sell Porsche Ads and raise funds for the Ukraine.

Mark Paper makes another visit as a podcast guest when he's not running Lewis Bolt and Nut Company. He shares his wisdom with his grandson and my son Eric Bottern about how to build relationships and his job history. Eric talks about the power of sports and how he found his internship. I'm a little bias on this one but think it's a fabulous episode.
