At the age of 26, Luke felt an inner calling to look for the answers to what makes a person be and live at their best. Almost all of the people he studied meditated regularly. So he began his practice and noticed his focus improved at work, his energy levels were higher and was also sleeping better. It wasn’t until after 5 years into his practice when a series of events flipped his life upside-down and the only thing he could turn to was his meditation practice.
He bought a one way ticket to India and spent several months in the foothills of the Himalayas studying meditation at the Tushita Meditation Centre where his Holiness The Dalai Lama is a spiritual guide.
Upon returning to Australia he has dedicated his life to teaching meditation and mindfulness to others and showing how the practice can be a wonderful companion to living a wonderful life.
He is the founder and head meditation guide at Soul Alive.
