Julia is at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor and is looking to possibly become a doctor one day. what they all have in common is a love for one another and passion for something they are good at. Today's guest is NAIA collegiate record holder in the weight throw with a mark of 21.96meters as well as Discus having a Pr of 60.30meters

James also competed for Clemson University for 2 seasons. In high school, he was a NewBalance national champion in the discus with a throw of 196'.

He is currently training with coach johnson from aretethrowsnation.

Guest- Elijah Huling is a Father, Husband, Coach and former athlete he is from Syracuse new york where he was the featured running back and sprinter at his school. instead of going D1 he focused his attention on academics as well as a good athletics program he found himself at HAmilton college where he also found his wife laura. Elijah also goes by the nickname "Juice" which was what they used to call him in football.

Episode 7 Lucky 7 very happy to get to talk to a friend of mine. Brian Jalowiec. Brian dominated throwing in the state of Ct in track for being 6'2 and 165 pounds always being smaller than the rest of the competitors with prs of 52 feet in the shot. 164 in the discus and 188 in the javelin. numbers that on their own may not be that great but they are amazing when considering the circumstances.

We also talk about college and mental health and what it's like going through your first year of college.
