Welcome to the first episode of The Aloha Operating System with RG Williams.
For years, this podcast was known as Tiki Talk & Coffee. But something has changed.
This isn't simply a new name. It's a new direction.
After nearly three decades of teaching, presenting, mentoring, building businesses, experiencing setbacks, changing direction, and watching people work incredibly hard to improve their lives, I kept coming back to one idea:
Most people are trying to change their results without changing the operating system producing them.
We work on the business.
We work on the relationship.
We work on the money.
We work on our habits, goals, productivity, and mindset.
But underneath all of it is something we rarely examine—the invisible software determining how we interpret what happens, how we respond, what we believe, and ultimately what we do next.
That's what the Aloha Operating System is about.
In this opening episode, I share why Tiki Talk & Coffee is evolving into AOS, what I mean by your personal operating system, why Aloha represents far more than a greeting, and what we're going to explore together in the episodes ahead.
This isn't about becoming someone else.
It's about becoming more intentional about the operating system already running your life.
