It was great to speak to Ryan who I have seen progress massively over the past year or so although he would humbly not admit it. Ryan is a hungry property entrepreneur who said no to the traditional 9-5 life, even if that meant sacrificing his income for the short term. Ryan tells me about some of the challenges he has had with his first development deal and where he plans to go next with his goal to become financially independent for himself and his loved ones.

I had the honor and privilege to speak with the talented British actor and comedian David Bateson this week. David is well known for being the voice actor of my childhood anti-hero from the best-selling stealth video game franchise Hitman A.K.A Agent 47. I thoroughly enjoyed talking to David, not just about Hitman, but how he got into acting and took his 15-minute window of opportunity, although he did not know it at the time. We also dived into us both having identity crises at certain ages and the fact that it is ok to have one when you are figuring out what you want to do in life. This truly is a great episode and one of my personal favorites.
