Commercial Real Estate is a tricky one, spanning types like Office, Retail, Industrial, Multi-Family Apartments, Hotels, etc.  In this episode we talk about Commercial Real Estate types, some potentially attractive geographies (Indianapolis) and then more detail on Streitwise itself - fees, liquidity, types of properties and value add they make to the properties themselves.  

Platforms like Streitwise offer long term Investment Vehicles with Real Estate with solid cash flows, but they don’t come without their risks. This wasn’t a paid or promotional interview, I just wanted to bring on Streitwise to discuss the platform and Commercial Real Estate in more detail.

Today's interview is with Rob Price.  

Bitcoin. Sound Money or just another Risk asset? Globally there is likely a Monetary Regime change coming… What we change into is anyone’s guess, but Bitcoin could (who knows… keep that in mind) be a contender.   

Rob is a rational thinker here, which I appreciate, so it’s nice to have a level head when thinking about this stuff. In this episode we cover all things bitcoin, including the current market update, positioning, crypto v. bitcoin and his investment thesis.

He’s my go-to guy for insight into where financial markets could be moving, and what sorts of things might be worth looking into a bit more.  

Macro is tough to forecast, but I always enjoy talking to sharp thinkers like Peter to help provide a bit more clarity. Markets have a tendency to humble investors, but I still think that ideas like Peter's can provide tremendous benefits.

I run CryptoMondays here in LA and know from experience that taking someone from zero to yield farming or some more advanced DeFi concepts… not easy.
