The City of Johannesburg has officially unveiled its new smartphone app and WhatsApp-based chatbot to allow residents to log a call for the potholes they find in their communities. The monumental ‘Expanded Canvas’ will be exhibited alongside 12 smaller and medium-sized pieces at a groundbreaking exhibition at IS Sculpture on Tokara Wine Estate, Stellenbosch, opening in October.
