Her clients are primarily females who feel stuck and numb in various aspects of their lives. She explains her approach to helping her clients uncover and work through their challenges using tools, accountability, and support, including techniques such as soul work, roadmaps, and exercises. Nathalie emphasizes the commitment required in the transformational process and how she is dedicated to supporting her clients throughout their journey. Nathalie is developing a program called "Surrender to Trust," which focuses on helping people connect with themselves and others by trusting themselves first.

The conversation also touches on meditation and mindfulness, including the importance of energy management with insights on shielding and releasing energy.
