We all have gifts, talents, and abilities that God has given us for the purpose of glorifying Him, but sometimes we are unaware of the value of what we’ve been given. Luke navigates a pivotal point in the life of Jesus from a unique perspective. There are parts of our story that we need to surrender to God, things that are tying us down. Sometimes we must untie what The Lord requires so that we can be fully united to the mission that He has appointed us to carry out on behalf of Heaven.

This month Austin Dennis shared a message entitled, “Faith To Reality.” Austin challenges us to apply our faith to the struggles of our daily life. Whether it is anxiety or stress, God is calling us to a higher perspective, to keep our eyes on what God has for each of us no matter how strong the struggle appears.

This Easter Weekend Caleb Stanley shares a message entitled, “The Fire and The Knife.” Resurrection, it’s God’s plan for humanity. Not metaphorically, but literally. It’s not merely a feel good message about how our hopes and dreams can come to pass. But how the greatest surrender ever displayed is a promise to us that our pain, our death and our greatest heartbreaks don’t have to be the end. It’s a promise that the tomb is not a grave, it’s a hiding place for those of us who put our hope in the eternal power of Jesus.

In our eighth gathering of 2017, Austin Dennis shares a message titled, "It's not enough". We all go through times in life where we think we're undeserving of grace. We think our past is too heavy or our current situation is more than He can handle. A lot of us are like Peter--he denied Jesus and couldn't believe what he had done. He didn't deserve grace, he was convinced of it. When Jesus rose from the grave, and appeared to Peter, there was nothing he could have done to stop him from receiving the grace of Jesus. In our lives, what we've done in our past, present, and will do in the future is never enough to keep grace from showing up in our lives.

In our seventh gathering of 2017, Caleb Stanley shares a message entitled, “Here Comes The Dreamer.” Have you ever had a silent hope? Have you ever dreamed about something, only to be let down? You’re not the only one, Joseph was a dreamer just like us. He was betrayed, he was forsaken, but he never quit dreaming because he knew that God’s favor didn’t mean he would be the people’s favorite. The very thing that symbolized Joseph’s favor (the coat) was what put him in prison. As Children of God, we can rest in the fact that the enemy often uses what God has anointed us with, to temporally imprison us while God is protecting us. Don’t give up. Keep Dreaming.
