A fight ensues over ownership of the arachnid-abomination. Benny Dott finally gets revenge against the woman who killed his late wife. Ralph gets a new body.

Alavara tries to reintroduce Fayne's soul to the body of the mechanical spider, and it... works? Maybe? 

Into the mansion, they are immediately separated. Cecil takes a shower in a gratuitous amount of blood. Benny Dott faces off the with the former Dark Knight, who is also the woman responsible for his wife's death. And Ralph... Ralph makes a new magical hand grenade.

Benny disappears and Alavara holds a Seance with Death to ensure that he is safe. Without Benny, the others make their way to Hammerford Fortress as planned. However, Hammerford is in bad shape. Weeks old corpses litter their way, along with a few part human, part animal, half metal Triborgs, left behind from whatever happened here. And a giant mechanical spider wearing the face of Alavara's dead husband, Fayne, seems to have eyes only for her.

The party has reached Hammerford Fortress, the site of Zorm's summer home. Benny has disappeared again. Instead of taking the long way up, Ralph manufactures a temporary zipline. The people inhabiting Hammerford Fortress are all diseased, and the local lord's manse is a haunt. What else could possibly go wrong?

The Golden Fang proves to be portable, and the crew begins their trek towards the Wizard's Summer Home as instructed by his Cragon, Precious.

The party has found The Wizard, but then a Dragon bursts through the wall and fuses with the spirit of the former Overlord, what could go wrong?

As the party figure out how magic is corrupting, one member makes a deadly deal.
