One thing which is common in our fellows is the desire to tackle an education related problem. Throughout the fellowship journey, fellows setup and run Be the Change projects which scale and impact a number of individuals. On this exciting episode of the Alumni ripples, two members of our alumni community explore practical ways to choose and balance building a career and having a social enterprise. Is it indeed possible to have it all? Teaching is one job that is seen as less fashionable and rewarding by a good number of individuals. This is a notion that Teach for Nigeria is changing through the effort of it's fellows.

Also, education leadership remains one of our strong Alumni pathways.
