As parents, we begin envisioning and dreaming of what our life will be like from the time we find out that we are expecting a new baby. But when your child is not developing typically, or experiences delay, when does that dream change? Do we ever stop dreaming of what the future holds? Do we fear the future and mourn the loss of the dreams that won't come true? [email protected]

When Autumn was three, she wanted to dance just like her mom, sister and cousins. After many failed attempts at thriving in a typical class, I began Dancing Sunshine, a class for special needs children.
