She's a true pioneer in her role that's taking the industry to new heights with grace, grit, intelligence and a legacy of experience. Elizabeth Hall, current Chief Operating Office of John Hall's Alaska, has worked with the family business since 2001. She currently oversees all tour, team and guest operations for both Minnesota and Anchorage offices. In addition, Elizabeth works closely with partners around the world to develop and implement the small group exclusive and elevated travel experience John Hall's Alaska is known for in Alaska, however with the same standards around the world. Elizabeth Hall has served on the Alaska Travel Industry Association Board of Directors since 2014, serving as Chair at the age of 33 from 2018-2019. In addition, Elizabeth serves as the current Women in Buses chair, a council within the American Bus Association and has held leadership positions since 2014. Other philanthropy efforts including event chairmanship roles with St. Jude and vice chair of Melby Memorial Charities, a local Minnesota based 501C3.

Beeny has spent more than thirty years working in education, igniting the energy and passion of others. After a successful career in higher education, Claudia left her role to start House of Shine, a non-profit that helps people discover what makes them unique and how to leverage their Shine for the good of their community. Claudia and her team write K-12 curriculum, develop teaching tools, facilitate school assemblies and leadership experiences, and provide custom workshops to people of all ages. House of Shine is opening a physical location in Grapevine, TX in August of 2020 that will lead visitors on a magical journey to self discovery through experiential, hands on exhibits.House of Shine holds monthly "Rise and Shine" workshops for women as well as custom workshops for a roster of clients that includes Make a Wish Foundation, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys and Girls Club, Girl Scouts of American and The Young Women's Preparatory Network. Claudia is the co-author of Building a Strong Involving Community (BASIC), a workbook utilized by many in higher education and beyond, for understanding and developing astrong sense of community and reaping the inherent benefits. She is a 2017 recipient of the Legacy of Women Award from SafeHaven of Tarrant County. Claudia is an experienced keynote speaker who has delivered presentations for corporate clients, educational agencies and nonprofit organizations.

She's a genuine light in our adventure filled world! A native of Dresden, Germany, Kristin Karst has become one of the leading executives in the river cruise industry. After obtaining her degree in Economics of Tourism & Business Management and receiving an MBA from the University of Dresden, Kristin worked for American Express in Germany and Switzerland for eight years before relocating to the United States and entering the river cruise industry in 2000. In 2002, she co-founded AmaWaterways together with Rudi Schreiner and Jimmy Murphy. Together, they built 25 award-winning ships sailing the rivers of Europe, Asia, and Africa over the last 18 years. Through her role and entrepreneurial spirit, Kristin has successfully shaped the products and services of the company, while remaining one of river cruising's strongest advocates. She has been recognized as one of 2020's Top 100 Female Founders by Inc. Magazine for her relentless passion and commitment to creating the best experience for travel advisors, group leaders, and guests.

She has the gracefully strong presence to both command the room, yet make you feel that you have been life-long friends. So, she can tell us everything! Lezlee Liljenberg: Owner of Lezlee Liljenberg Allstate. She graduated from UTA Texas with a degree in Journalism and Public Relations then transitioned into commercial real estate for 15 years, she is a welder and talented artist of magnificence gem encrusted cow skulls and pieces while sharing her success as a very strong, active community advocate. She serves on the Board of Women Steering Business along with supporting many other local and worthy causes.

After 12 years in the Real Estate Industry, Nikki has found herself an expert in preparing a Home for Sell. Starting out in Flooring Sales, she has presented to hundreds of Realtors, Brokers and Investors about how they can partner with her to freshen up their listings with new floors. The transition into full time Design/Staging has prompted Nikki to educate Agents how to partner with a Staging Company, so she wrote the class "Confessions of a Professional Home Stager". She has since launched several additional business and it on fire!

Beckie so eloquently shares her childhood story about her Grandmother who guided her in bold example on how to find her voice. My name is Beckie Shiveley, I'm a daughter, wife, mother, and I'm very lucky to have great friends. I grew up in Californian when you could surf with the dolphins at sunrise, hit the golf course for a game of 9 holes in the afternoon, then do night skiing. But most of my time was spent with family and leaning about Real Estate from my Grandmother. This is where my love of the Real Estate world came from and is where more of my work live has been spent.

Monica Lawrence is the owner of Texas Boutique Media where she specializes in brand photography for entrepreneurs and small businesses. She believes in helping other female owned businesses succeed one photograph at a time. Allow or insist that you have some quiet downtime to regenerate yourself. Darling, we get it! I'll be talking with courageous, well-respected and spirited woman, Kelli Hoffman. With over 30 years of experience in the field of accounting, Kelli's work background includes both private industry and international public accounting, estates, trusts and new business formations. Kelli earned a BS in Accounting from Texas State University and has been a CPA since 1985. She's a dear friend, a courage and resilient rockstar of a woman!
