From homeless to the CEO of a sneaker empire — Jaysse Lopez is the definition of hustle.
The creator of Urban Necessities and founder of Social Services Media, Jaysse’s story reads like a blueprint for ambition. Born in New Jersey, Puerto Rican by blood, and driven by big dreams, he took a shot on himself and built one of the most recognized sneaker destinations in the game. Six years after opening his first shop at the Boulevard Mall in Vegas, he leveled up to his biggest location yet at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. Brian & Tyler first crossed paths with Jaysse while producing his Sole Survivor documentary for ESPN+. That connection lit a fire, inspiring them to create The HungerIVMore Podcast — and now, he’s here as their biggest guest yet, bringing game, wisdom, and classic Hustle Tales to the mic.
In this episode:
👟 4️⃣ Rushmore: Jaysse names his all-time favorite kicks
💺 Middle Seat Chronicles: Airplane etiquette decoded
👟 Shoe Game: Why sneaker culture isn’t what it used to be
🏆 Sneakerheads: His favorite collectors and an RIP salute to DJ Clark Kent
💼 Strictly Biz: Jaysse opens up about the highs, lows, and lessons of entrepreneurship
Plus plenty more gems along the way. Tap in, tell a friend, and get inspired. 🎧

We’re kicking off Black History Month by sending love and light to everyone affected by the recent wildfires in Los Angeles and the tragic events in D.C. Our hearts are with the communities navigating these tough moments.
2025 came in hot, but don’t lose sight of your mission. If those New Year’s resolutions already feel tested — take a breath, reset, and get back to it. The marathon continues.
In this episode, Brian & Tyler lock in on their focus for February, and of course, gear up for what they’re calling “The Super Pop Out” — Kendrick Lamar’s much-anticipated Super Bowl Halftime Show. The fellas have some fun throwing down prop bets, debating all-time sports dynasties, and making their picks for who’s taking the crown on Super Bowl Sunday. A historic rematch is on deck: Andy Reid, Patrick Mahomes & The Kansas City Chiefs vs. Jalen Hurts, Saquon Barkley & The Philadelphia Eagles — a battle between the first two Black quarterbacks to ever face off in a Super Bowl, on the biggest stage in football. This one feels tailor-made for New Orleans and Black History Month.
