Coming out from COVID19 pandemic, “how do we manage our anxieties?” is the common question of most of my friends. Just how can we grow post pandemic?

Which personality is best in communication?

In general, people say extroverts has the best traits in conversation, are they?

Are introverts bad at communicating or connecting with people compared with extroverts? 

Are our personalities misunderstood?

With all these enhancements on social media, Artificial Intelligence, Augmented & Virtual Reality, technological development and advancing digital science, can our well being cope up? Do we still find enjoyment and are able to keep connection with people whom we care the most? In today's society and pandemic period, can we easily reconnect to the world after being separated or isolated for two years? How can our behavior and personality help us reconnect and reinvent ourselves?

Sometimes we overlook what goes around us due to our busy schedule. Let us try to pause and observe our environment and may be it can teach us something we've never discovered before. Try to be more assertive and keep and open mind.
