Negativity can legit lead to health issues. And it all starts with one negative thought. 

Your brain sees negativity as a threat. It's incredible the affect negativity has on your brain and eventually your health. 

There's a good reason to start your day thinking of three things you're grateful for. 

Your brain feeds off of a breakfast of positive thoughts. 

People who overthink things waste a lot of energy worrying about things that never happen. 

Your brain reshapes itself and rewires itself depending on what you're focused on. 

It's important to recognize that each and every one of us is carrying our own cross. No matter how good a day it is, everyone is working through something personal. That's why it's so important that we do everything we can to be good to each other, kind to each other and to love on each other; every day. 

Being positive is infectious. It all starts with spreading the message. 

What started as a goal of helping others start their day on a positive note, has in turn effected me directly and my approach to life. 

Worry is a huge waste of energy and often keeps us from having a positive outloook.
