The Supreme Court has made a couple recent decisions that have really caused the progressive left to collectively melt down.

On top of that Justice Kennedy has announced his retirment and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has said that confirmation hearings will take place before the mid-term elections.

Randal O'Toole, CATO Institute (cato.org/people/randal-otoole), is an expert on transportation.

Randal notes in his recent commentary, Mass Transit is Collapsing Everywhere (cato.org/publications/commentary/mass-transit-collapsing-everywhere), "Denver-area voters agreed in 2004 to spend billions building new rail transit lines, and the region has opened several lines since then.

Yet by 2016 transit carried only about 10,000 more of the urban area’s commuters to work than it did in 2000, while nearly 280,000 more commuters drove to work."

We'll ask Randal about Colorado's Collaborative Cronyists' (Politicians, Bureaucrats, Governmental Appointees & Lobbyists) plan to get us to approve a massive 21% sales tax increase, this November, to double down on their transit dreams.

In May of 2013, FAA Administrator, Michael Huerta, announced plans to "transform" the FAA into "a more diverse and inclusive workplace..."

Instead of hiring new Air Traffic Controllers based on training, qualifications and skills, the FAA decided to relax its' standards on new hires.

This puts every air traveler equally at risk; no matter race, religion, sex, political ideology, etc.

And, Boulder City Council passed an ordinance in May of 2018 that makes everyday law abiding citizens, criminals for exercising their Constitutional Rights.

Mountain States Legal Foundation filed suits in both cases. William Perry Pendley, President of the Mountain States Legal Foundation (mountainstateslegal.org), will unpack these for us.

Both Kim and Bradley have stories about this truley great man.

Much of what the media is telling you about the current immigration situation and the separation of parents from children is deception with a dash of truth.

Former Congressman, Bob Schaffer (bobschaffer.org), is one of the most influential leaders in America today.

He has a deep appreciation for the values that are unique to the American Idea.

He is the headmaster of nationally recognized Liberty Common High School in Fort Collins.
