Colorado Senate Bill 19-181 passed out of appropriations yesterday on a party line vote.
This is a gas and oil bill which represents almost exactly the opposite of what voters had expressed in the voting booth just this past November.
This is a bill that ignores the voice and will of the Colorado citizens.
President Trump seems agreeable to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham's desire for a special counsel to probe Trump-Russia investigation.
Senator Graham wishes to investigate how law enforcement conducted their investigation into the question of if the Trump campaign had colluded with Russia.
Sherrie Gibson, Vice-chair of the Colorado Republican Party (www.cologop.org) joins Kim.

This May, Denver voters will vote on the “Right to Survive”/Initiative 300 ordinance which allows folks to “rest” on “any outdoor property that is owned or leased, in whole or in part, by the City and County of Denver and is accessible to the public.”
So could folks could camp on the sidewalk, right in front of your house?
