2nd Amendment sanctuary counties?

Three Colorado counties, Fremont, Custer and Weld county may declare themselves to be 2nd Amendment sanctuary counties.

Regardless of what the Colorado state legislature may do in terms of fire arm laws, these counties would first look to the 2nd Amendment and would ignore state laws that go against the 2nd Amendment.

You've heard of the proposed hyperloop in Colorado.

It may not have the future that hyperloop proponents had hoped for.

Joshua Sharf, author, and school finance expert joins Kim on Tuesday to talk about stealth legislation and tactics from the Democrat-controlled legislature to reduce and remove options for students and parents.

Colorado Democrats are going after the oil and gas industry here in Colorado.

We will see a bill soon that, if passed, will essentially shut down oil and gas development in Colorado.

Laura Carno is an author, speaker, and Visiting Fellow with the Independent Women's Forum.

Carno joins Kim this Monday to discuss the dangers of HB19-1177, known as the "Red Flag" bill.

Carno and Kim discuss the dangers this bill presents to due process and the inherent rights we have to defend ourselves from bad actors.
