Welcome to the Americhicks podcast. Kim Monson is your host. Agree or disagree, let's have a conversation!
WWII Veteran, Fiske Hanley II, is one of the Few Survivors of Japanese Kempei Tai Military Police Brutality.
"Less than twelve hours after receiving a degree in aeronautical engineering from Texas Tech University, Fiske Hanley was on a train bound for Boca Raton, Florida, and basic training as an Air Corps Aviation Cadet.
Nine months later he was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant.
Assigned as a B-29 flight engineer, he was attached to the 504th Bombardment Group.
On his seventh mission, his plane was shot down and thus began his harrowing experience as an Accused American War Criminal."
