Welcome to the Americhicks podcast. Kim Monson is your host. Agree or disagree, let's have a conversation!
According to a recent poll from NPR/Marist/PBS Poll, Hispanic voter support for Donald Trump is near 50%.
Kim walked in Denver's MLK parade.
While attending the MLK events in Denver yesterday, Kim came across the booth of a socialist organization.
The organization had books available.
When Kim asked if the books were available for free, she was told "no" because they had to cover their costs.
In the Colorado General Assembly two Representatives introduced legislation to honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
The Representatives were told they could not introduce such legislation because they [the representatives] are white.
Ignoring the dream of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., increasingly the progressive Left ignores the character of individuals and instead place people into groups and determine the value and worth of people based on the groups those people belong to.
Colorado Senator Paul Lundeen (leg.colorado.gov/legislators/paul-lundeen) introduced legislation to increase the pay of school teachers.
His legislation was rejected because the legislation included an evaluation system as part of the process to determine how teachers become eligible for a pay increase.
Senator Lundeen joins Kim by phone.
Dr. Thomas Krannawitter of Speakeasy Ideas (speakeasyideas.com) and the Americhicks are hosting Vino & Veritas – A Club for Free Citizens (speakeasyideas.com/vino).
Once a month during 2019, Dr. Krannawitter will be teaching the Federalist Papers.
The January session is sold out, but you can still sign up for February or you can sign up for the whole year.
Dr. Krannawitter joins Kim to talk about the Federalist Papers, the event and the benefit of the event and what you can expect from it.
