Coach Eagan wraps up the 2025 recruiting year and discusses the new talent joining the LU WBB team for the 2025-2026 season.

Coach Eagan talks about the successful journey to the WNIT round of Super 16 - along with the experiences and confidence-building impact it had on her players.

She also shares her experience at the 2025 Women's NCAA DI Final Four in Tampa Bay.

This week Coach Eagan talks about the events and processes leading up to Lindenwood University hosting its first ever WNIT post-season tournament game.

She also reviews how she has prepared her team for post-season play and how this year's tournament could be a dress rehearsal for the NCAA women's tournament starting in 2026 - when LU will be eligible.

Finally, Coach talks about the WNIT opponent for this Thursday, the University of Tulsa.

Coach Eagan talks about the some of the many special attributes of this year's team. She also discusses the depth of the bench and player rotations she is able to use with such a strong bench.  

We look at the year-to-date Ohio Valley Conference statistics and talk about where LU is strong and a couple of areas to work on.

With her team on the road for the last 4 OVC games, Coach talks about the importance of the 2 games this week to keep LU and the top of the conference standings.

Coach Eagan invites sophomore guard Gracy Wernli to the podcast.  Gracy share many of her first-year experiences at Lindenwood University - including her interest in pursuing medical school after her time at LU.

Coach Eagan discusses the methodical approach her team has used throughout their OVC games.  We also discussed some coaching tips on how she emphasizes rebound block outs and spacing the floor.  LU WBB has their final two OVC home games this Thursday and Friday; with the final four games on the road.

In our 'behind-the-scenes' discussion, Coach reviews the many important responsibilities for her Director of Basketball Operations, Lindsay Ward.

Coach Eagan discusses the team's success in the OVC so far this season.  Her Lady Lions are 8-0 at home, but play 4 of the final 6 conference games on the road..

She also discusses Justis Odom's evolution to be one of the best true centers in the OVC this year and how the 'help-side' defense has evolved as the season progresses.  Coach Eagan also shares a moving story about the team's student manager, Payton Toussaint - and all of the many tasks Payton does for the team.

Finally, news came out on Monday that ESPN U will be on the LU campus on Saturday, February 15th at 11:00 a.m. central time.  A large crowd is expected for the game in the Hyland Arena.  LU will face defending OVC champion University of Southern Indiana.

Ellie Brueggeman joins us on the show to talk about an exciting weekend of basketball and her spot on last Saturday's Sports Center Top-10 plays.  Coach Eagan shares the play that was called and the exhuberant reaction from players on the bench.

We go behind the scenes to hear about the responsibilities of Amy' staff.  Coach also shares the logistics associated with getting practice time and shoot-arounds on the road and at home during the OVC conference season.

In this week's podcast, Coach Eagan discusses the NCAA ruling that could allow Lindenwood University student-athletes to participate in the 2025-2026 academic year DI championship tournaments.  

We also review this past weekend's road trip to USI and Moorehead State, where the Lady Lions came home 1-1.  A close loss at USI and a blowout win at MSU both pointed out positive trends for her team.

Both LU basketball teams will be playing at home in St. Charles for the next two weeks.  Coach Eagan reviews the SEMA and Arkansas-Little Rock teams that will be in town.
