Emma Evans, consultant anaesthetist and senior leader at St George's Hospital in Tooting, South London, talks to Bev Fitzsimons about her experience as both a clinician and manager during the Covid pandemic. She reflects on the value of teamwork, staff wellbeing, learning from the impact of Covid rules on service users, and dealing with uncertainty.
