When we are ‘joined’ with Christ in the New Covenant, He does more than come alongside of us, He makes His ‘home in us’…by doing so the Eternal Godhead becomes our Father, brother, lover, teacher, guide and even our faithful FRIEND.

The word “lovingkindness” comes from the Hebrew word “hesed.”  It is in hesed we find the heart of a Father that is full of love, warm-hearted generosity, goodness and loyalty towards His children. How have you seen the Lord's lovingkindness, His hesed, towards you?

A covenant is “the giving of one’s whole self to another.” This means that when we begin relationship with Him, God has given His whole self to us. This covenant is sealed by His sacred oath, which means that because He is faithful, God will never break the promises He made to us.

We have the covenantal right to share in the victory over the biggest Goliath that ever lived (Satan), and that means we don't have to live in defeat (fear, bondage, doubt, poverty, addiction, shame, guilt, depression, anxiety, condemnation, fill in the blank_____)!
