Many times we allow hate, fear, anger to propel us forward to change. What if we moved forward with love. Love of ourselves, for our future, desiring mindfulness over self-acclaimed righteousness while staying in gratitude for what no longer serves us particularly for the time and point it did.

Please focus on what you want to grow. What you want in your life and stay in that energy this week. I pray.🙏

Stop feeding the craving for those that need a big bad wolf in their life. Spread healing. Spread love. Some people need to be beat up verbally, emotionally or physically to stay in their victim mode. When you realize it don’t enable it, run.
