Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men. (Luke 2:14) In the Angel's benediction they tell us what there is and will be at the birth of our Lord . 1/ There is glory to God in the highest . 2/ There will be, on earth, peace known . (Heavenly peace) 3/ God's good will toward men is proclaimed .
