his week we’re very excited to finally review the Shudder exclusive The Angry Black Girl and Her Monster, which is a re-telling of the classic Mary Shelley novel Frankestein. 

The Angry Balck Girl and Her Monster follows Vicaria (Laya DeLeon Hayes), a gifted seventeen-year-old, as she tries to find a cure for death. She uses her research and passion to resurrect her older brother Chris, who returns to the world a vengeful monster seeking revenge on those who caused his death.
