This might be a more CONTROVERSIAL episode than most. 

In my opinion, the reason a lot of middle class people feel “stuck” in that class is because they’re SCARED. Not because they lack skills or knowledge. 

In fact, many of my middle class friends and family work extremely hard. And a few of them are much smarter than I am.

The way I see it, being “stuck” in the middle class all comes down to how much risk a person is willing to tolerate.

Of course, starting new habits is extremely difficult. For me, I needed to start a new habit of going to the gym regularly.

Naturally, I didn’t want to. But to get myself going every day and create this new HABIT, I used one simple mindset shift to get myself there.

Yes, I tricked myself into going to the gym and created a new habit in the process.
