Major golf events throw together grizzled veterans and enthusiastic volunteer staff. How do in house staff try and enjoy the week that is generally rounding off a brutal build up?

I think many of us have been here. No punches pulled.

Cultural practices will always stand up but golf is busier and expectation higher year round. How do we "hybrid" this using modern day tools?

As crazy as it sounds having a good boss, great work mates and good committees is so rare in turf!!!
