Just me...thinking out loud as I walk in the beautiful Chiltern Hills (hence the slight breathlessness!), about why I'm doing this podcast, why I've called it The Answer is in the Question and what I want to achieve through doing it.
Today I'm delighted to be joined by lucid dreaming expert, Stef from howtolucid.com. Stef has been lucid dreaming from a very early age and shares with us some great tips and insight into what it is to lucid dream as well as how developing this skill can help you in your waking world too.

My guest today became single at the age of 32 because her partner did not want a family and, after 7 years of not finding a man she wanted to share her life with and not being able to pursue having a family in the traditional way, she embarked on an alternative route. After making major changes to her life she began fertility treatment at the age of 40. Another inspiring story of how possibility can be found in even the most impossible of situations.
My guest today is a Finnish music student and guitarist with a background in professional sound engineering. Like me, he's following the seriously hardcore Broadcast Yourself course with London Real and intends to use his podcast to shine a light on the subject of spirituality, which he has been exploring for about 10 years. Since then he has been obsessively learning about all things spiritual, consciousness and our true nature and he is also fascinated with exploring the realms of his mind and using psychedelics and other ways to enter into altered states of awareness.

Part 2 of an in-depth discussion about miracles and the nature of healing and how it is essentially our beliefs that stop them or at least stop us from perceiving them happening. Mikael describes how he 'pushes back the world' to allow space for a shift to occur.
Mikael tells how he went from being a care-free, if competitive teenager with a natural talent for sports and a promising future, through injury and disappointment, to despair, addiction, crime and prison, and his fight to find meaning and purpose. Four years' ago he found that he was able to spontaneously heal himself and consequently developed his ability to help others heal themselves too. Today's is a bumper episode in two parts!
