What has no food doesn't grow, same  with fear. No food means no growth.

Our projection of the future id the drive but at times the hindrance to manifesting our highest self.how do we find balance between actions,projection and fullfilment

Over years we have viewed mental health as “not soo important “ if you have any personal or burning issue they'll call you weak (if its not bleeding its not a wound) 
This leads to a  lot of young people  dealing with demons on their own 
No help ,Ho assistance,No intervention 
So where do we start lets take a look at this
