Tori and I discuss her journey with anxiety over the years, and how a couple of major episodes transformed her life. Through mindfulness and changing her mindset, Tori was able to overcome anxiety. In her book, Tori wants to help others that also struggle with anxiety and provide them with tools that can aid in working through anxiety.
